  1. You must redeem your Reward Code by 11:59PM AEST on the expiry date stated. If you do not redeem your Reward Code during this time period, you will forfeit any entitlement to the Reward Code and Digital Gift Card. Note your Reward Code is not a Digital Gift Card.
  1. Digital Gift Cards that are not redeemed within the designated timeframe cannot be re-activated, extended or refunded in any way.
  1. A Reward Code may be used to obtain a Digital Gift Card for a participating retailer listed on the redemption website which can be accessed by clicking the redemption link above. The Digital Gift Card can then be used to purchase goods or services from that participating retailer provided the Digital Gift Card has sufficient value to make the purchase and is used before the expiry date.
  1. ANZ and Digital Glue are committed to safeguarding the information you provide. When you redeem your Reward Code, ANZ and Digital Glue collect information required to administer the reward delivery. This information is collected solely to support the administration of the Digital Gift Card.
  1. Each Digital Gift Card may be subject to specific terms and conditions of the retailer to which the Digital Gift Card relates. Redemption processes, terms and conditions and instructions for use may vary across different Digital Gift Cards.
  1. Your selected Digital Gift Card will be valid until the end of the expiry date specified on the Digital Gift Card itself. Digital Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card or voucher, or be replaced after expiry, and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
  1. You must keep your Digital Gift Card secure. If your Digital Gift Card is lost, or you suspect an unauthorised transaction, you must immediately report this by calling ANZ on 13 13 14. Digital Glue may be able to stop stored Digital Gift Cards being used if you can promptly provide your Reward Code or redemption details.
  1. Each Digital Gift Card may be subject to specific terms and conditions of the retailer to which the Digital Gift Card relates. Redemption processes, terms and conditions and instructions of use may vary across different Digital Gift Cards.
  1. If you think there has been an incorrectly processed transaction in relation to your Digital Gift Card, please contact the store where the transaction was made. Neither Digital Glue nor ANZ is able to reverse any approved transactions.
  1. If you have a query or complaint about the Digital Gift Card you have received, please contact ANZ on 13 13 14. Neither ANZ nor Digital Glue is liable for the availability, quality or fitness for purpose of any goods or services purchased with the Digital Gift Card.
  1. ANZ is not liable for a failure by the customer to redeem the Reward Code by the expiration date in the SMS or email or use the Digital Gift Card before it expires.
  1. Definitions:

    - 'Digital Gift Card’ means the Digital Gift Card that is emailed to you upon Redemption.

    - 'Redemption’ means you have completed the process of redeeming the Reward Code for a Digital Gift Card by entering and confirming your email address, entering your unique Reward Code and selecting your Digital Gift Card on the redemption website.

    - 'Reward Code' means the single-use, 8-character, unique alphanumeric code used to Redeem a selected Digital Gift Card on a redemption website.
